Common questions
My sign-in code didn’t arrive. Codes usually arrive within a minute. Check your spam or promotions folder, and make sure the address is spelled correctly. Each code works for 10 minutes, so ask for a fresh one if it has expired.
My readings disappeared. If you were using a guest account, it lives in that browser. Clearing browser data or switching browsers starts a new one. Save your account with your email to keep everything safe across devices. If you had saved it, sign in again with the same email.
I bought something but don’t see it. Reload the page, or close and reopen the app. If it still isn’t there after a few minutes, email us with the time of purchase and we’ll sort it out.
How do I turn on reversed cards? In your profile. They are off by default.

Tarot can keep you company while you reflect, but it can’t hold you up through a crisis. If you are thinking about suicide or harming yourself, or someone is hurting you, please reach out to a person now. These lines are free, confidential and staffed by people who want to listen.
